Lot of cons there no work life balance.Lot of micro management.Encourage people to stay late at office by managers.No matter how good you are at your skills but there have culture of seniority.Manager will ask you to work from home in weekends as well.It seems like Higher management is illiterate.They treat employees very badly.There is no job security

They expect from the new employee learn things very fast and gives output to the company. 5 . Job security is 0% in QA department. 6 . If someone has make the mistake small or big the manger scolded and insult in front of everyone . 7. Increment percentage was also very less or they simply terminate the employee abruptly. 8. In my shorter duration at this stupid place I realised my worth and my capabilities which this stupid people did not really deserved. Thanks to some crazy people here I realised how not giving a heed to stupid things in life can bring good changes.

They will be hiring you for a trainee role where they will give their product knowledge in 1 week or two they will only give accommodation for few days and they don’t have specific date until the training gets finished, hence for rest of the days you’ll be the one bearing the cost 2. During the training phase they will teach you utter shit in local language, most of them have got no communication skills and post these days they do a evaluation which will be again taken by some stupid people and they’ll probably throw you out by giving utter shit feedback if you are not able to please them or answer to their stupid questions. 3. The above can also happen post probation of 3 months. They’ll ask you to be out with no prior information.
